Pakistani capital market players, blue chip companies, and foreign
equity investors will come together in the upcoming moot in New York on

The conference will highlight investment opportunities in Pakistan,
build confidence of the US-based investors, and promote the much-needed
portfolio investment in the country, said Farooq Habib, COO at FCEL, in
a press statement.

"This event will also provide an effective platform for the
participating companies to seek new investors, broaden their
shareholder-base and project their company internationally," he added.

Notable local participants to the conference consist of Arif Habib
Investments, Engro Corporation, Fatima Fertilizer, Hub Power Co, Kot
Addu Power Co, Lucky Cement, National Bank, Oil & Gas Development
Company, Pace Pakistan, Pakistan Petroleum, Pakistan State Oil, and
